Everything was nice, including pretty friendly staff apart from the manager. The room was tiny half painted there's no fan in the bathroom and available with a very comfortable bed. Magnificent and beautiful location directly across the road with tables on the beach, met expectation.

We had a twin room which was pet-friendly and brand-new. The location was perfect, because a bus stop was based nearby the hotel. And near bars and restaurants, it was a bonus.

Charming old hotel with extensive breakfast. Great value for money units and competent staff in a happy manner. Panoramic view of the sea from the window. Efficient, comfortable location in Eastbourne, close enough to the main restaurants, two theatres theatres and restaurants and Eastbourne town centre.

Lovely welcoming and spotless place, really efficient and genuinely helpful staff in a happy manner. Tastefully decorated units with lovely view. A nice interior. Unbeatable and incredible location not far from the restaurants and shops and the seafront, and the beach, restaurants, shops and Pier for short stay.

The location was comfortable, a 10-15 minute walk from The Beacon Shopping Mall. There were a shopping centre and all the major shops around the hotel. We got good value for money double room with a view as an upgrade, nice gesture.
